Has the search for a new pastor begun?

While the search for the new Senior Pastor has technically not begun, much preliminary work has been completed. The elders have developed a profile of criteria that will be used to vet potential candidates. The elders have also developed a detailed FBC profile document which potential candidates can review before officially applying for the position. These documents will be available on the FBC website.
