How will this process be carried out?

As applications are submitted, the search committee will review and determine whether submissions are or are not suitable and qualified.  Those that are qualified will be asked to provide more detailed information.

Once a list of candidates is finalized, they will be submitted to the elder board for further vetting.  The staff will also be involved by meeting with potential candidates.

After review by the elder board and the staff, a candidate that is deemed qualified will be presented to the congregation.
