Will the elder board consider candidates of any age, race, and marital status for the position?

We will consider men of any race for this position. Regarding marital status, single and married men will be considered.   Divorced men will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Regarding age, we are looking for someone who understands the needs of younger adults and families while valuing the leadership and ministry of our older adults.
